Press / Reviews
“JD's music is genuine and easy for to identify with. He has a very unique voice and his own sound that sets him apart from others. His raw emotion and an absolute sincerity in the songs he writes and sings grabs the audiences attention. I first met him in 2009 when he was hired to work at Losers. I never even knew he was a singer/songwriter until about 6 months later. When I first asked him why didn't he ever mention it, his response was, he wasn't going to be another somebody who would use me to get what he wanted. I can say from then on I respected him as a man and a artist. One thing I can say about him; JD has always had unflinching loyalty and integrity. ” - Erv Woolsey

“JD is very talented like many he has faced scrutiny and back lash for not bowing down to the culture. He has an amazing testimony and wonderful music. He is a very talented man of God and he is always around to serve. ”

“MEET INDEPENDENT ARTIST JD WALKER”
“If (JB) John the Baptist was alive today, you could compare him to JD. In many ways JD reminds me of John the Baptist and it's how I introduced him to our congregation. God's Outlaw. His testimony was moving and the music made it that much more powerful. It's amazing what he has overcame. I never heard anything like it. ”
